# Manage Subscriptions

Your subscriber list lives on the **Back in Stock** main page. The app organizes it by product variant — so you always know which items have the most demand and can act on them in one click.

### Where to find it

Go to **Back in Stock** in the app sidebar. Scroll past the three configuration cards to reach the **Submissions** table.

Each row in the table is one product variant. The columns show:

| Column                | What it tells you                              |
| --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **Product / Variant** | Which item customers are waiting for           |
| **Pending requests**  | How many subscribers haven't been notified yet |
| **Sent requests**     | How many notifications have already gone out   |
| **Total requests**    | Total subscribers for this variant             |

Search by product title or variant name to find a specific item quickly.

### Drill into a variant's subscriber list

Click any row to open the **Variant Subscribers** page for that item. This is where you manage individual subscribers.

The page has two tabs:

#### Current waitlist

Everyone waiting for a restock notification. Columns: **Subscriber** (email), **Phone**, **Status** (Pending), **Subscribed at**.

Select subscribers and click **Send email** to notify them immediately — without waiting for an automatic restock trigger.

#### Notification sent

Subscribers who already received a restock email. Columns: **Subscriber**, **Phone**, **Status** (Sent), **Email last sent**, **Subscribed at**.

Select subscribers to **Resend email** or **Delete** them from the list.

### Add a subscriber manually

Want to add a customer directly — without them going through the storefront form? Click **Add Subscriber** in the top right of the Submissions section.

1. **Select products** — search or browse to choose the product variants
2. **Enter contact info** — email is required, phone is optional
3. Click **Save**

To add several subscribers at once, click **Add more subscribers** to add extra rows before saving.

### A few things worth knowing

* Each variant is tracked separately — a subscriber to 3 variants appears in 3 different rows
* Sending an email manually (via **Send email**) moves that subscriber from **Current waitlist** to **Notification sent**
* Deleting a subscription is permanent
* Subscriptions are kept even when the module is turned off
